Terms of Use

Effective Date: June 29, 2026. Last Updated: June 29, 2026.

Welcome to Verahm. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Verahm mobile application, website, content, features, services, and related ministry tools. By using Verahm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Verahm.

About Verahm

Verahm is a Christian ministry app created to help users build a daily relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, meditation, reflection, listening, and spiritual encouragement.

Verahm is powered, developed, and operated by LeySoft LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming. In these Terms, "Verahm," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Verahm and LeySoft LLC, as applicable.

Ministry purpose

Verahm is designed as a ministry-first platform to encourage spiritual growth, Scripture engagement, prayer, and reflection.

Verahm is not intended to replace the Bible, church community, pastoral counsel, professional counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, emergency services, or legal, financial, or professional advice. If you are experiencing an emergency, danger, self-harm thoughts, or a serious mental health crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be old enough to use Verahm under the laws of your location. If you are under the required age, you may use Verahm only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

Scripture content

Verahm may provide Bible text, references, audio, and Scripture-based content. Bible translations may be public-domain, licensed, or provided through authorized sources. You agree not to misuse, copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit Scripture content in a way that violates copyright, licensing rules, or applicable law.

AI-generated content is not Scripture

Verahm may use artificial intelligence to support prayer generation, reflection clarification, meditation guidance, devotional suggestions, audio generation, and personalized spiritual encouragement.

AI-generated content is provided for spiritual encouragement and reflection. It is not Scripture, may be imperfect or inaccurate, and should be compared with Scripture and trusted Christian wisdom.

Audio and voice feature rules

If Verahm offers personal voice features, you may be able to record your own voice for private use inside your account. You agree that you will only record your own voice, will not upload or clone another person's voice without permission, and will not use voice features for deception, impersonation, harassment, fraud, or harmful purposes.

User content

You may create or submit content such as reflections, journal entries, prayer requests, notes, voice recordings, feedback, support messages, and spiritual preferences. You keep ownership of your personal content.

By submitting content, you give Verahm and LeySoft LLC permission to process, store, display, and use that content only as needed to provide the app's features. You are responsible for content you submit.

Prohibited conduct

  • Do not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, deceive, spam, or harm others.
  • Do not submit hateful, violent, sexually explicit, exploitative, illegal, or rights-violating content.
  • Do not upload another person's voice without permission.
  • Do not hack, overload, disrupt, or damage the service.
  • Do not copy or resell Verahm's content, software, design, or branding.
  • Do not misuse AI, voice, Scripture, or community features.

Donations

Verahm may accept voluntary support to help sustain the ministry. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and policies. Unless clearly stated otherwise, support is voluntary and may not be refundable.

Verahm is designed to keep core Scripture, prayer, and reflection features accessible, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available, unchanged, or free forever.

Intellectual property

The Verahm name, logo, design, branding, app interface, original content, software, and related materials belong to LeySoft LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use Verahm branding or materials without written permission from LeySoft LLC.

Third-party services and app stores

Verahm may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, AI, text-to-speech, payments, notifications, authentication, Bible content, and app performance. Your use of Verahm may also be subject to those third-party terms and privacy policies.

If you download Verahm from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app marketplace, your use may also be subject to that marketplace's rules and terms.

Availability, changes, and termination

We work to keep Verahm available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. LeySoft LLC may update, modify, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the app, harm others, compromise security, or create legal or operational risk.

Disclaimers and liability

Verahm is provided "as is" and "as available." Spiritual content is provided for encouragement and reflection and should not replace Scripture, church community, pastoral guidance, or professional help where needed.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Verahm, LeySoft LLC, its owners, team members, partners, volunteers, service providers, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Verahm.
